- Understand the market trends and competition positions in E&E market responsibility.
-Find new business opportunity in E&E market, initiate, lead & launch new programs to meet the market requirements
-Work closely with product manager and market manager in order to provide the input of the market on technical new development
-Provide guide lines and customers target list to the sales team. Organize sales blitz within the E&E market.

-Present at OEM level to get homologation for PolyOne products
