Job Purpose

　　Lead a team of IE and Biz analysis engineers in managing the entire IE and Biz analysis team to achieve most optimum operations state for delivering maximum business objective.

　　Develop strategy to ensure cost competitiveness of plant, for growth and expansion.

　　Duties and Responsibilities

　　Work with Project team and related department to setup for new product/process/equipment.

　　Drive cost reduction program thru IE technologies.  

　　Budgeting responsibility, development/staff overheads and expenditure in IE & Biz support department and report the plan/execution for budget, development/staff overheads.

　　Provides leadership to ensure manufacturing and other business units to meet plant biz goals.

　　Lead teams focus on below aspects:

　　Material handling tools and techniques improvement.

　　Capacity Evaluation of equipment and station capacities

　　Layout-space utilization management and implementation

　　Resource planning to meet capacity target

　　Strategic product mix planning at factory level, Biz case study-Execution vs planning, and SBP..

　　Investment analysis- Margin%, Payback, ROI etc

　　Maximize factory effective assets utilization

　　Capital appropriation justification and PPA processing

　　Standard cost determination and cost management
