Education, qualifications and training

§   Bachelor degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Environmental Sciences or related fields

§   Fundamental know how and experience in food processes and products

§   Good knowledge of SSE professional

§   Good knowledge of English

§  Good computer skills (MS Office )

            (b)Experience or skills required

·  3-5 years of experience in industrial Safety and Environmental projects and risks prevention.

§  Result Orientation, Process Management

§  Handling Complexity, Change Management skills

§  Ability to provide leadership and technical expertise in management of S&E items

§  Communication skills, ability to negotiate and influence others with respect to Safety and Environmental issues Good command of English and computer skills

§  Identify/Generate/Implement Best Practices/Tools

§  Good knowledge of International Safety Standards (e.g. ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) and local safety/environmental regulations

§  Be familiar with Food Hygiene Law

§  Teamwork player

§  Strong organize and leadership skills

            (c)Specialized knowledge or skills required

§  In-depth knowledge of GMP, pest control and food hygiene

§  Fully understand of HACCP and allergen control

§  Intimate knowledge of biscuit manufacture process
